Digital Product Refund Policy
At Benthic Software, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. In order to minimize refunds we offer a free 30 day trial on all of our products. This should give you a change to test them and make sure they meet your needs. However, due to the nature of digital products, we have established the following refund policy for downloadable products:
Eligibility for Refunds
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues with the digital product that cannot be resolved by our support team, we will issue a refund.
- Inaccurate Description: If the product you purchased significantly differs from its description on our website, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, we will refund the duplicate purchase(s).
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Reach out to our customer support team at support@benthicsoftware.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or details.
- Refund Assessment: Our team will review your request and determine if it meets the eligibility criteria for a refund.
- Refund Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
